Support Groups
Virtual Support Groups
Currently we have three (3) virtual support groups available:
- Patient support groups occur on the 1st Sunday of every month
- Caregivers may also attend the patient support group meetings along with their loved ones.
- Caregiver support groups occur on the 2nd Sunday of every month.
- We ask this this be caregivers only
- Bereaved support groups occur on the 3rd Sunday of every month.
- This is for family members and friends that have lost loved ones to gallbladder cancer.
The meeting times for all these Saturday support groups are from:
1:00 pm – 2:00 pm (Pacific Time) / 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm (Eastern Time).
Please use the calendar below to select a date for the support group you would like to register for. Click on the support group name to open the registration page and book the event. There are also three active Private Facebook support groups available for gallbladder cancer patients/caregivers. Just click on the links below to be directed to their Facebook pages and submit a request to join.
Note: These Facebook groups are not managed by, affiliated with, or moderated by the Gallbladder Cancer Foundation. Additionally, be cautious of scammers using bots to promote natural remedies or treatments on these pages. While moderators are generally good about removing such comments, the groups are not monitored 24/7, so you may occasionally encounter such comments briefly. As a reminder always talk to your oncologist first before trying anything outside of your treatment plan.
