Patient Registry

We’re partnering with a company that’ll offer a free service to patients. The company will collect and organize all patient medical records in a centralized location for free. Patients can then choose to opt-in and share their medical data with researchers, allowing researchers to access the dataset to help speed up drug development and enhance patient outcomes.

All patient identifiers (name, address, etc) in the medical records will be removed prior to compiling the pooled dataset that is shared with researchers.
